Store gel pens tip-down or flat ??? check the maker's note. Cap felt tips firmly after each use. Highlighters last longer if you click them shut between strokes.
Paper Match
Heavy gel ink can smear on glossy planner pages; give a few seconds to dry. Permanent markers like Sharpie need ventilation and should not be used on skin.
